Singer-songwriter ("The Story") Brandi Carlile wrote a loving, playful and emotional song for her niece Caroline—who she missed a great big miss when she traveled the world touring with her band. The song is an anthem for those we leave behind but even more is a reminder that when we love profoundly and purely we never really leave our little (and big) loves untethered.
